Dick specializes in helping Realtors increase their personal production & prosperity by using powerful lead-generation tools. Ultimately trading production units into a free-flowing referral business

Pauline has a passion for all areas of real estate. Past customers have praised her ability to “listen” and anticipate their needs. Her successes with them have led to referrals, quickly building her business.
Prior to founding IND Mortgage LLC, Pauline was Director of Operations at Independent Mortgage, Processor-Production Manager at MSA Mortgage, Loan Officer Sales Assistant at Sage Bank and Salem Five Mortgage. Having practiced as a real estate sales agent herself, Pauline has extensive knowledge of the real estate sales process. This allows her to collaborate effectively with her real estate partners.
Pauline received her B.S. degree from Tufts University and M.B.A. from Boston College. She was born and raised in the Boston area, and an active member in her community. Pauline currently lives in Newton with her husband, three children and rottweiler.
