Associate Broker | Growth Leader | REALTOR

Pat Manning has led an extraordinary life as a Realtor, New York State Assemblyman, farmer, and food innovator. What led him to eXp Realty and the creation of The Monument Network was wanting to give fellow agents more out of life — a stable financial future while keeping his core mission of helping others. An agent in his family’s boutique real estate agency, RandManning, at 18 and a broker by 21, he also became the youngest member of the Assembly when elected, created several successful not-for-profits, including building a Minor League Baseball stadium in world-record time, creating the fastest growing non-profit dairy cooperative in the country, walking 100 miles in two days for his breast cancer non-profit, fundraising money for the first “zero energy use” single-family green affordable housing in America and on the road as a professional speaker for dozens of corporations and noted celebrities such as Grant Cardone, Daymond John, and several HGTV stars. “From the moment I graduated high school I was desperate to look for a business that gave me flexibility and the ability to help others. When we found eXp, I realized I could expand my family business with the tools provided, keep the family name that is a staple in the Hudson Valley, and build a legacy income that the dinosaur brokerages couldn’t offer. I could have my cake and eat it too! I love cake, so I signed up and never looked back.”

Based out of the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York, Manning’s revenue share group is known as The Monument Network where they work daily on the “culture of community,” where all are trained in helping others and reaching for their goals. What does the future look like for Manning and his network? “The best part of eXp is that they allow us to decide the future for ourselves as owners,” he says.
